ART Plus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') provides the following personal information processing guidelines in order to protect the personal information of the information subject in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly deal with related grievances.
Article 1 (Purpose of processing personal information)
The company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed is not going to be used for purposes other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
-Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the intention to sign up as a member, identification and authentication according to the provision of membership services, maintenance and management of membership, sending contracts and tax invoices, and providing product information.
Article 2 (processing and retention period of personal information)
1.The company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, or within the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.
2.Each personal information processing and retention period is as follows.
- Homepage membership registration and management: Until business/organization withdrawal
- Provision of goods or services: 5 years
Article 3 (consignment of personal information processing)
1.The company entrusts personal information processing tasks as follows for smooth personal information processing.

-Contents of entrusted work: Responding to telephone consultations related to inquiries and products, visiting consultations, providing quotations, etc.
2. When the company concludes a consignment contract, we are overseeing whether the trustee handles personal information safely, prohibit of personal information processing other than the purpose of performing consignment tasks, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-consignment, management and supervision of consignees, and liability for damages shall be specified in documents such as contracts, according to Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
3.If the contents of the consignment business or the consignee change, we will disclose it through this personal information processing policy without delay.
Article 4 (rights and duties of information subject and method of exercise)
1.The information subject can exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time with respect to the company.
A.Request to view personal information
B.Request for correction if there is an error
D.Request to stop processing
2.The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 may be requested by the company in writing, by phone, e-mail, fax, etc., and the company will take action without delay.
3.If the information subject requests correction or deletion of errors in personal information, the company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
4.The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 may be requested through an agent such as the legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In such case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with the form of Attachment No. 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
5.The information subject must not infringe the personal information and privacy of the information subject or others processed by the company in violation of related laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 5 (personal information items to be processed)
The company processes the following personal information items.
1.Required items for homepage member registration and management, and service provision: name, ID, password, company name, phone number, email address
2.The following personal information items may be automatically generated and collected in the process of using the Internet service: IP address, cookie, MAC address, visit record, etc.
Article 6 (destruction of personal information)
1.The company destroys the personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary due to the elapse of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose.
2.The method of destroying personal information is as follows.
- Electronic files: Delete files and format storage media such as disks
- Handwritten documents: crushed or incinerated
Article 7 (measures to ensure the safety of personal information)
The company is taking the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information.
1.Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
2.Technical measures: Manage access rights such as password setting of the computer where personal information is stored, install security programs such as anti-virus software, and encrypt files where personal information is stored
3.Physical measures: personal information is stored, locked in the place where it is stored, access control, etc.
Article 8 (Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Device)
The company does not use ‘cookies’ that store the information subject's use information and retrieve it from time to time.
