에이알티플러스 기술지원 서비스는 구매하신 제품에 대한 시스템 연간 점검 및 측정기, 부품등의 교정 서비스 외에도 구매 전 실험환경 기술 컨설팅과 성능평가 기반 인프라 조성사업 기획/설계 서비스를 제공합니다.
ART Plus Technical Services offers annual system inspections and calibration services for instruments and components related to purchased products. In addition, we provide technical consulting for pre-purchase experimental environments and offer planning/design services for establishing infrastructure based on performance evaluation

1. 부품 및 측정기 교정 서비스
측정 장비는 사용 환경과 사용 주기, 내구 연한에 따라 측정 값에 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다. 측정 정확도를 유지하는 것은 시장에 유통되는 제품 품질에 일관성을 보장해주고, 소비자와 제조사 간 공정 거래 기반의 기초가 되므로 적절한 시기에 소급성을 유지해 주는 것이 중요합니다. (KOLAS교정은 외부 공인교정기관에서 수행합니다.)
2. 시스템 점검 서비스
측정 시스템의 사용 환경과 빈도에 따라 정기적으로 시스템의 성능을 점검하여 그 유지여부를 확인할 것을 권장합니다. 공급한 장비 및 프로그램 등 세트로 시스템을 구축하신 경우에는 연간 점검 서비스 계약을 통해 효과적인 기술 지원을 받아보십시오.
3. 실험환경 기술 컨설팅
각종 국내외 규정에서 요구하는 실험 환경을 구축하거나, 도전적인 연구 목표를 달성하기 위한 사용자 맞춤 시스템이 필요할 경우, 최적의 실험 환경을 구축하기 위해 필요한 기술 컨설팅을 제공합니다.
4. 성능평가 기반 인프라 조성사업 기획 및 설계 서비스

5. 대기, 산업단지, 미세먼지, 박테리아 연구 공동 개발 용역 서비스

1. Parts and Measurement Device Calibration Services
Measurement equipment may experience errors in measurement values depending on the usage environment, frequency of use, and durability. Maintaining measurement accuracy ensures consistency in product quality available in the market and forms the basis for fair trade between consumers and manufacturers, making it important to uphold traceability in a timely manner. (KOLAS calibration is performed by an external accredited calibration body.)
2. System Inspection Services
It is recommended to regularly check the performance of the measurement system according to the usage environment and frequency. If you have established a system with the supplied equipment and programs, please consider an annual inspection service contract for effective technical support.
3. Experimental Environment Technical Consulting
If you need to establish an experimental environment required by various domestic and international regulations or require a customized system to achieve challenging research goals, we provide the necessary technical consulting to build the optimal experimental environment.
